Teaching Staff, including Primary School Heads
Tenured teachers of the French Ministry of Education
AFLEC has a network of schools accredited by the French Ministry of Education. These schools provide teaching in line with the French curriculum.
This is why, in the context of secondment, AFLEC calls on tenured teaching staff capable of conveying the content, methods and values of French education.
However, the specific characteristics of schools abroad require teaching staff to show dynamism, adaptability and open-mindedness.
With regard to secondment, candidates are asked to read the content of the memorandum published in the BOEN.

Non-tenured teachers or teachers on leave of absence from the French Ministry of Education
AFLEC recruits teaching staff under locally recruited status. These are French teachers who are non-tenured or on leave of absence, as well as teachers of other nationalities whose profile matches the educational and pedagogical objectives of the school to which they are applying.
Retired teachers
AFLEC calls on retired teachers, notably from the French Ministry of Education. They are often staff who have completed several assignments in French schools abroad during their careers.
