Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the AFLEC website collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. It applies in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) of 6 January 1978.

Data controller

Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), subject and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
• Applications: the application forms are provided by an external service (JotForm); the data entered is processed by AFLEC for recruitment purposes only.
• Technical logs: the host records the IP address and the pages visited in order to ensure the security of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Retention period

Messages received via the contact form are kept for as long as is necessary to process the enquiry, and then for a maximum of three years. Application data is kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for the relevant AFLEC departments. It is neither sold nor transferred. Technical service providers (hosting: IONOS SE, Germany; website maintenance: ICS Network Solutions) access it only to ensure the operation of the website.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies that are necessary for it to function (administration session, remembering your language and the cookie notice). No advertising or audience measurement cookies are set. YouTube videos load only when you click on them, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain; the Instagram feed displays images hosted by Instagram.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to aflec@aflec-fr.org or to the postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS; access to the administration area is protected and the data is hosted in the European Union.
