Job description
The Lycée français international de Dubai has around 3,200 pupils.
Under the authority of the Head of School (Proviseur), the Head will be responsible for the educational and administrative leadership of the primary section.
The primary school has 1,813 pupils in 73 classes, broken down as follows:
– Nursery: 629 pupils – 22 classes from PS to GS — Elementary: 1,284 pupils – 50 classes from CP to CM2
Teaching in 3 languages (French, English, Arabic) and adapting to local regulations create particular constraints that must be managed.
The candidate pays particular attention to the inspection missions of the KHDA, the equivalent of the Ministry of Education in Dubai.

Candidate profile
As a holder of the CAFIPEMF, the candidate must have experience in leadership roles, preferably in French education abroad. A minimum of three years of actual teaching experience is required.
Solid skills in digital education are required.
Proven skills in project design, as well as skills/experience in the field of interculturality, are mandatory; the school welcomes more than 40 different nationalities.
They must give top priority to the educational quality of their work and, to that end, take an active part in the quality approach implemented in the school.
A good level of English (CEFR level B2) is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
