Job description
The Lycée Français International de l’Aflec currently has more than 3,000 pupils, from nursery school to the final year (Terminale).
The LFI brings together pupils from 40 different nationalities.
The primary school teacher (Professeur des Écoles) may be required to teach in both nursery and elementary classes.
Their teaching must be in keeping with the AFLEC Educational Project.
They pay particular attention to the inspection missions of the KHDA, the equivalent of the Ministry of Education in Dubai.
This school, from primary through to the final year, is fully connected. Educational uses of digital technology are an integral part of teaching.
Candidate profile
They must give top priority to the educational quality of their teaching and, to that end, take an active part in the quality approach implemented in the school.
They must be able to adapt their teaching methods and materials in order to meet the different needs of pupils, with a view to differentiated teaching.
Teaching at the LFI requires a genuine liking for a multicultural and multilingual environment in which the teacher must communicate interculturally with pupils, colleagues and families.
A good command of English is expected.
