Job description
The Lycée « Victor Hugo » has more than 600 pupils (230 in primary, 380 in secondary), mainly Tunisian or French-Tunisian.
The Head of School is responsible for the educational leadership of the school. They are also responsible for all staff, some of whom are tenured civil servants of the French Ministry of Education (Éducation nationale).
However, the budget, and more particularly everything relating to investment, is the responsibility of the Management Board (Conseil de Gestion).
The Head of School implements the AFLEC Educational Project and ensures that it is applied.
They are committed to the development and attractiveness of the school.
They will need to show diplomacy and a high level of availability.
The post does not come with accommodation.
