Job description
The Lycée Français International Molière has more than 850 pupils, from the first year of nursery school to the final year of lycée (369 pupils in primary, 488 in secondary), the vast majority of them Spanish.
Since 1st September 2026, this school has been under a management contract with Aflec. In this context, under the authority of and in collaboration with the head of school, the Head of Primary is responsible for taking ownership of Aflec’s Specific Educational Project and implementing it.
They also manage and oversee all primary school staff.
They act as Deputy Head for the 6ème (Year 7) classes.
They pay particular attention to the educational appeal of the section under their responsibility, in a context where competition between schools has become very intense.
They will need to show diplomacy and a high level of availability.
The post comes with good accommodation.
Candidate profile
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Holding the Cafipemf, the candidate must have genuine experience in leadership roles, preferably in French education abroad.
Adaptability, listening and dialogue skills, as well as proficiency in digital tools, are expected.
