This organisation guarantees, from the start of the school year, clear governance and the continued operation of each school.
A gradual legal transition until 31 July 2028
The legal finalisation of the transfer of each school will take place gradually, according to its own specific circumstances and the procedures required by the Spanish authorities, and by 31 July 2028 at the latest.
This administrative timetable affects neither the start of the school year nor the day-to-day running of the schools.
Throughout this period, the Réseau mlfmonde and AFLEC-GEE will work together to ensure a smooth and secure transition and to complete all the necessary formalities.
A start of the school year under the usual conditions
This important step, with the establishment of a solid and secure framework for the schools, their staff, their pupils and their families, means the new school year can be approached with peace of mind.
It will take place under the usual conditions and in line with the commitments made to families, staff and all school communities.
The continued operation of the schools and the support provided to pupils are fully assured.
Our shared priorities remain unchanged
- to guarantee pupils the continuity and quality of their education, and families a stable and serene educational environment.
- to ensure the continuity and quality of our schools’ educational project and a serene working environment for their staff.
Joint support throughout the transition
The Réseau mlfmonde and AFLEC-GEE remain fully committed, alongside the teams on the ground, to supporting this new stage of the transition under the best possible conditions.

Being a pupil at an AFLEC school
Pupils’ well-being is at the heart of our educational project, both in terms of the welcome and school life we provide and in the ways we teach and support learning, so that they take pleasure in learning and understanding. That is why we take care to value each pupil’s commitment and seek to build their confidence in their own abilities.
Our teachers use project-based learning that encourages enquiry, collective challenges and cooperation. Ambitious for their pupils and attaching paramount importance to the quality of teaching, to developing reasoning skills and to preparation for higher education, they also pay constant attention to individual needs and adapt learning methods to each pupil’s own pace. Particular attention is paid to information on study pathways and to pupils’ guidance.
Keen to educate accomplished women and men able to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s world, we also aim to strengthen pupils’ autonomy and cultivate their emotional intelligence, and we encourage them to take part in social and community initiatives.
