FormAFLEC: the professional development ecosystem of the AFLEC network
AFLEC builds its own professional, and a fortiori personal, development project in order to provide high-quality, ambitious and innovative teaching. Choosing to work in an AFLEC school also means embracing this strong principle of continuous, interwoven professional development. Training pathways are set up with Formaflec, and teachers are supported in person and/or remotely. A learning community: by asking what pupils need to learn, a teacher today necessarily asks what they themselves need to learn so that pupils learn better.

Professional development: a major asset for our teams
Professional development is a priority and strategic issue in the Aflec network. A reality on the ground, FORMAFLEC, whether remotely or in person, does everything possible to support its teams in the development of their teaching practice and in their professional, and therefore personal, fulfilment. The fundamental idea of professional development is to build skills and advance one’s career.
